TITUSVILLE, Florida – Free sandbags are available from the City of Titusville Solid Waste Department in preparation for Hurricane Dorian which is predicted by the National Hurricane Center to be a Category 3 hurricane when it makes landfall on Central Florida.
The free sandbag pickup is located at 101 North Singleton Avenue in Titusville, Florida.
The sandbag pickup will be open tomorrow, Thursday, August 29, 2019, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There is a limit of 10 sandbags per resident.
The free sandbags are limited to Titusville residents only and proof of residency is required.
Titusville residents must come prepared to fill their own sandbags.
