PALM BAY, Florida – The Florida Lottery announces that a Brevard County man claimed a $500 a week top prize from the $500 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

45-year-old Juan Santana, of Palm Bay, chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $405,000.00.

He purchased his winning ticket from Circle K, located at 900 Malabar Road Southwest in Palm Bay, Florida.

The $500 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game launched in July and features more than $19 million in total cash prizes.

The overall odds of winning are one-in-4.97.
