Fourth Brevard County Coronavirus Case Is Non-Travel Related

UPDATE: Brevard County Coronavirus Cases Rise To 7

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida – A fourth positive case of coronavirus in Brevard County was identified by the Florida Department of Health on Friday, March 20, 2020.

The fourth case is a male Brevard County resident who did not contract COVID-19 from travel.

The other three Brevard County coronavirus cases are travel-related, according to the Florida Department of Health.

The other cases are a 32-year-old male Northrop Grumman employee and two females.

21 Brevard County residents are currently under investigation as possible coronavirus cases with ages ranging from 7 to 97. The average age is 61.

The number of Florida coronavirus cases more than tripled in four days from 155 on March 16 to 520 on March 20.
