More Details Released About Brevard’s 5 Coronavirus Cases

UPDATE: Brevard County Coronavirus Cases Rise To 7

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida – The Florida Department of Health released more details about Florida’s coronavirus cases, including the exact age of the patients, where they traveled, and whether or not the patient had contact with a confirmed coronavirus case.

Here is the detailed breakdown of what we know about the five coronavirus cases in Brevard County:

76-year-old female; travel-related; prior travel to NY; contact with a confirmed case.

32-year-old male Northrop Grumman employee; travel-related; prior travel to PA, UT; no contact with a confirmed case.

Anita Unrath, a 64-year-old female from Suntree; travel-related; prior travel to DC, FL, NY, PA; unknown if contact with a confirmed case.

49-year-old male; not travel-related.

73-year-old male; not travel-related.

Out of 74 Brevard County residents tested to date, there are 65 negative cases, 5 positive, and 4 pending.

As of March 22, 2020, there are 830 coronavirus cases in Florida and 13 deaths.
