Trump, First Lady Test Positive For COVID-19

U.S. President Donald Trump announced just after midnight on Friday, October 2, 2020, that he and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for COVID-19 and will quarantine together.

Earlier on Thursday night, Trump announced that Hope Hicks, a White House counselor and former Communications Director, had tested positive for COVID-19 and that Trump and the First Lady were awaiting test results.
