A Cocoa man is facing several felony and misdemeanor counts after allegedly leading Cocoa Police on a high speed chase which ultimately ended with the car rolling over into a drainage ditch near the intersection of Coral Way and Jackson Street.
26-year-old Dwayne A. Mitchel has been charged with reckless riving with damage to property, fleeing/eluding police with lights on at high speed, leaving the scene of a crash, driving while license is expired, and operating a motor vehicle with illegal tint [sunscreen].
His bail has been set at $156,000.
