Yellow flags are flown by Brevard County Ocean Rescue lifeguards throughout Cocoa Beach today due to rip currents.
Purple flags, which indicate the presence of jelly fish, are not being flown at life guard stations located at Shepard Park and the Cocoa Beach Pier.
