PALM BAY, Fla. — Palm Bay Police are searching for 52-year-old Jacob Patrick Carter. Mr. Parker went missing from 2957 Garden Terrace North East. He left suicide notes and is currently missing. Mr. Carter does not have a car and suffers from medical related issues.
His girlfriend went to his residence to check on him because she noticed a change in behavior. When she arrived, he was not home and she found a note saying he was sorry, and left other letters addressed to other family members as well as a last will and testament.
