'May The 4th Be With You' 2014 Events

MELBOURNE, Florida — ‘May The Fourth Be With You’ – a play on the pronunciation of May the 4th – is known as Star Wars Day where science fiction fans around the world will celebrate Star Wars movies, games, and trivia.

The most well-known ‘May The Fourth Be With You’ celebration takes place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. And of course, Star Wars Day will also be celebrated here on Florida’s Space Coast.

Special activities at Disney’s Hollywood Studios include a special jedi training activity for ages 4 to 12, Star Wars characters and merchandise.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios hours on May 4th, 2014 are 9 AM to 8:30 PM Eastern Time.

Jedi Training Academy times on May 4th, 2014 are: 9:20 AM, 10:10 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:50 AM, 12:40 PM, 1:20 PM, 1:50 PM, 2:20 PM, 3:40 PM, 4:10 PM, 4:40 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:20 PM, 7:10 PM, 8:00 PM (Times subject to inclement weather).

Register for the Jedi Training Academy by visiting the ABC Sound Studio inside the park early in the day for a later reservation.
