2 Injured After Ultra-Light Aircraft Crashes In Brevard County

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida – Two people are injured after a small ultra-light plane crashed at the Valkaria airport in Brevard County, Florida.


The crash occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 30, 2016. Brevard County Fire Rescue and Palm Bay Fire Department rescue crews responded to the scene where they found to people with injuries. One person was airlifted by a First Flight medical helicopter to Holmers Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida. The other injured person was transported by ground to a local hospital.

So far, the model of the aircraft that crashed has not been identified.
