MERRITT ISLAND, Florida – Herman Avery Veve, a convicted sex offender, was served with an arrest warrant by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and charged with the use of a child in a sexual performance.

The incident leading up to the issuance of the arrest warrant occurred in December 2017.

Veve, who is a registered sex offender and lists his address at 80 Carib Drive in Merritt Island, Florida, was also charged with violating felony probation.

Veve is currently being held at the Brevard County Jail. The arrest warrant also places Veve on a “no bond” status.
